Still here, still building

I realize it's been almost 2 months since I've posted anything on this blog.  Since my last post, the new train room has been completed, I moved all my train stuff into the new space, and have been completing a large number of DCC decoder installations.   Now that I've got the new space these are some of the projects that plan to work on in the new year.

• Finish the Hot Springs Junction Ntrak / AsiaNrail module.
• Continue to add more detail to the Musashi-Koyama AsiaNrail module.
• Start the new American prototype home layout.

Here is the Hot Springs Junction Ntrak module set up in the new train room on it's legs with wheels added.

Also seen in this photo are my main train case, also on wheels.  The shelf brackets above the module are to support part of the new home layout that will go around this room.  The middle of the room will remain open for working on modules.


As you can see from this photo, the module has a long way to go before it will be ready for display.  However today I learned of a possible opportunity to display a combination Ntrak / AsiaNrail layout in April so I have motivation to get going.
